Apple turned heads earlier this week when it announced that it would be pulling out of Russia in the wake of that country’s invasion of Ukraine. In a statement, Apple expressed its “deep concern” over the conflict and pledged to “stand with all of the people who are suffering as a result of the violence.”…Read More
The map might be correct, but that doesn’t mean it will work.
The sign might be legal, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be effective.
We’re surrounded by instruction manuals, videos, announcements and all sorts of other forms of instruction.
But a map only works if it helps.
Finding our way, getting the job done, changing our minds–these are forms of wayfinding. And our internal layout of the world doesn’t match the way it is actually built.
You can drive to your childhood home blindfolded, but you probably couldn’t draw a route of how to get there for someone else.
Realizing that our job is to help others find the way is half the job.
There is a scene in Hulu’s new series, “The Dropout,” where Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, wearing a white blouse, stands in front of a mirror and practices saying, “This is an inspiring step forward.” With each iteration, her voice deepens. As the world has learned about Theranos’ web of deception – whether through John Carreyrou’s bestselling book, “Bad Blood,” Apple’s podcast series “The Dropout” or Hulu’s streaming series of the same name – Holmes’ supposed attempt to alter her voice is a detail that captivates audiences. Smart forms help marketers funnel basic information about their subscribers. The form is driven by AI which automatically sorts information into the parameters and indicators you have set to organize the data.
“Relevant questions at the right time.”
Like in any exchange, incentives are relevant to the subscriber as they are shared when the subscriber needs it most, according to AI. A business can leverage the AI decision to offer valuable incentives when the subscriber is ready to become a customer.
For example, when a potential customer subscribes to a newsletter, they are rewarded with exclusive access to a Private YouTube Community channel where a discount code is offered when the customer renews their subscription for three months.

#2 Micro-segmented Audiences in Email Campaigns
A micro-segment
Is a segment within a larger segment. Creating an offer for a micro-segment is a good tactic to create additional revenue and it makes the consumers within that segment feel appreciated and cared for. This strategy only works wonders when the segmentation process is super detailed and data rich.
A good practice is to segment the data by sign up sources and customers who have not purchased yet in 90 days (about 3 months).

However, concrete has a significant environmental impact. Vast quantities of natural sand are currently used to meet the world’s insatiable appetite for concrete, at great cost to the environment. In general, the construction industry struggles with sustainability. It creates around 35% of all landfill waste globally. Our new research suggests a way to…
