Woolworths South Africa took to the skies with their Easter campaign in 2021 on Instagram.
Woolies experimented with mixing 2D animation and reality. With clever acting from the chefs and young actors, together with some editing magic, they took a “normal” recipe video and made appealing to a younger audience.

To the viewer it seems like the 2D character interacts with the actors in the video. Woolworths did not stop there, they created an easter hunt on their website.
It’s been a year of bad news. And sometimes that constant stream of negativity really can feel like too much, which is why Melbourne International Comedy Festival wants people to have a well-earned laugh. The count is officially underway in a historic vote that will determine whether a facility in Bessemer, Alabama becomes the first-ever Amazon warehouse to unionize. While counting began Tuesday, it’s unclear when there’ll be an answer, partly because we don’t know how many of the 5,800 eligible employees voted and also because either party–Amazon or…Read More
Don’t panic we’ll still be able to lob all the money at Facebook in hopes of getting our brand message to land at the right screen at the right time but Apple has made it clear, user privacy comes first. The upcoming IOS 14 privacy changes have been the news for Q1 of 2021, with the update changes set to take place any date now. Here’s a brief breakdown of who it will affect, what can be done and where to find out more.
Who will be affected? – The IOS update will mean that all apple users will receive a prompt in their apps, the app tracking transparency prompt will give users the option to opt out of the application being able to track their data. This feature is and has been available, but the prompt will mean that more users will opt out of this data tracking.
Advertisers (that’s us) will be affected in that all the IOS users who opt out will no longer have their data tracked and collected across the Facebook network. Additionally, our existing Facebook Pixels would need adjusting and we’d need to ensure all our domains are verified so that we can still track the effectiveness of our FB ads to our linked owned properties. In summation don’t expect an FB Apocalypse just yet but with data privacy becoming such a concern we need to be aware of the changes and plan accordingly.

Here’s how you can change the comment control on your public post: Open the Facebook app on your phone. Head to the post where you want to control comments. Tap on the three-dot menu…
Imagine saving up for your dream car, only to be charged twice when you come to pay for it. That’s bad enough, but then imagine not knowing where or who to turn to, to get your money back. This is an affliction facing a host of new Tesla owners at the moment, according to a report by CBNC published earlier this week. One buyer told CNBC that they paid $37,000 extra, while another reportedly had $71,000 removed from their bank account on top of what they already paid for their car. Those affected have said the funds were taken without…

If you don’t love headphones, then I’m worried about you. Do you like sunsets? Puppies? Food? Anyway, as fantastic as musical earmuffs are, they can also be a little confusing.
